6. Temerrüt ve Sorumluluk
Kredi kartı ile yapılan ödemelerde işlemin başarısız olması halinde, banka masrafları ve faizlerden Alıcı sorumludur.
Mücbir sebepler (doğal afetler, öngörülemeyen olaylar) nedeniyle teslimat gecikebilir; bu durumda Alıcı bilgilendirilir.
7. İletişim ve Pazarlama
Satıcı, sipariş ve kampanya bilgilendirmeleri için Alıcı ile e-posta, SMS veya telefon aracılığıyla iletişim kurabilir.
Alıcı, sipariş vererek bu iletişimlere onay vermiş sayılır.
8. Yasal Uyum
Alıcı, web sitesini yürürlükteki yasa ve etik kurallara uygun olarak kullanmakla yükümlüdür.
Web sitesinin kötüye kullanımı (spam, virüs, taciz vb.) yasaktır.
9. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü
Uyuşmazlıklar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun hükümlerine göre, Alıcının bulunduğu yerdeki tüketici mahkemeleri veya tüketici hakem heyetlerinde çözümlenecektir.
10. Yürürlük
Bu sözleşme, Alıcı’nın ödemeyi tamamladığı anda yürürlüğe girer.
Sipariş vererek, Alıcı tüm şartları okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini onaylar.
