1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email support@didoshe.com with your order number.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please contact support@didoshe.com within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


5. Damaged or Defective Products
